Battleground Poll
The April 2019 Battleground Poll found 2020 voter enthusiasm already at election-day levels, with eighty-two percent (82%) of voters indicating that they were extremely likely to vote. The poll also found no partisan enthusiasm gap between Republicans (85% extremely likely to vote) and Democrats (83% extremely likely to vote). The survey of 1,000 registered voters also confirmed a highly polarized electorate and revealed clear opportunities and challenges for both major political parties as the 2020 campaign begins.

Civility Poll
The April 2019 Civility Poll found an overwhelming number of Americans were frustrated by incivility in politics, but conflicted on the desire for compromise and common ground. Deep frustration with incivility in politics transcends political party, location, and demographics, with ninety percent (90%) of voters reporting they are concerned about the “uncivil and rude behavior of politicians.”
