Kritika Sharma is the Digital Communications and Content Manager at the Institute of Politics and Public Service. Prior to this role, Kritika served as the communications associate for Women’s Congressional Policy Institute where she pioneered a professional video presence and managed social media.

Kritika is an independent video producer and digital storyteller who specializes in diversity and inclusion. Her previous video experience spans multicultural nonprofits, language education and journalistic video.
