Title: Meet the Spring 2026 GU Politics Fellows

As we hit the halfway point of our 10th anniversary year, we are excited to introduce the Georgetown Institute of Politics and Public Service (GU Politics) Spring 2026 Fellows.

Over the past decade, GU Politics has brought over 117 of the biggest names in politics and journalism to campus as Fellows. This semester’s class comes from across the political spectrum and will bring decades of experience in politics, public policy, national security, and journalism to the Georgetown community. And while they come with different experiences in the world of public service and from different points on the ideological spectrum, they have at least one thing in common — a commitment to productive dialogue, and an excitement to work with you for the next semester.

This Spring, our Fellows class includes two Visiting Fellows. GU Politics Visiting Fellows are prominent public servants, political practitioners or journalists who will spend a shorter, but still meaningful period of time engaging with the Georgetown community. Like all of our Fellows, they will lead discussion groups, host office hours, work with Student Strategy Teams and participate in bigger events on both the Hilltop and Capitol Campuses during their time at Georgetown.

Over the course of the semester, members of the Georgetown community will have the opportunity to engage with the Fellows in discussion groups, case studies, one-on-one conversations, and even site visits across town, providing a unique behind the scenes look at how D.C. really operates. We can’t wait for all the exciting things to unfold this semester and invite you to join us here at GU Politics – we promise there is never a dull moment!

Please join us in welcoming our Spring 2026 Fellows!

Students will be challenged, informed and inspired through weekly discussion groups, office hours and small group conversations. Opportunities to engage are open to all Georgetown students.

Want to get involved with our Fellows?

  • Attend their discussion groups | For eight weeks, our Fellows host weekly 90-minute, off-the-record discussions with members of the Georgetown community. This opportunity is open to all Georgetown students and faculty. Office hours begin the week of January 26.
