The Unified Framework: Politics of Tax Policy

On November 28th, 2017, GU Politics hosted Cathy Koch, Tony Sayegh, and Grover Norquist for an event on tax reform policy and politics.

The conversation, moderated by Business Insider Political Reporter Joe Perticone, looked at the various political challenges and opportunities of passing a tax reform bill in Congress.

Cathy Koch has served as Americas Tax Policy Leader at EY since February of 2016, and was previously Chief Policy Advisor to the Senate Majority Leader for Tax and Economics. Tony Sayegh was appointed Assistant Secretary of the Treasury by President Donald Trump on March 6, 2017, leading the Office of Public Affairs. Grover Norquist is president of Americans for Tax Reform.
