Campaign 2016: The Home Stretch
On October 28th, 2016, GU Politics hosted the Communications Directors of the RNC and DNC for an event in preparation of the 2016 Presidential Election.
Sean Spicer and Adam Hodge, the Communications Directors of the Republican National Committee (RNC) and Democratic National Committee (DNC), made final closing arguments for their respective parties and candidates. Moderated by A.B. Stoddard, Associate Editor at RealClearPolitics, Spicer and Hodge presented different versions for the future of the United States before answering students’ questions on Hillary Clinton, Donald Trump, and party politics.
