Reflections on Running: Martin O’Malley

On March 22nd, 2016, GU politics hosted Martin O’Malley, former Democratic Maryland governor, for a Reflections on Running event.

Martin O’Malley sat down with GU Politics Executive Director Mo Elleithee and Huffington Post Senior Politics Editor Sam Stein for a conversation on his recent campaign for the Democratic presidential nomination. He shared perspective and a personal view to what it’s like to run for president in modern America. O’Malley was governor of Maryland from 2007 to 2014 and served as the Chair of the Democratic Governors Association from 2011 to 2013.
