The Exit Interview: Counterpoint on Climate Change
On December 5th, 2016, GU Politics welcomed Jim Connaughton for an event on climate change as part of the Exit Interview series.
Jim Connaughton, Former Chairman of the White House Council on Environmental Quality under President George W. Bush, joined students and the Georgetown community to offer a conservative and critical view of the current approach on climate change.
The Exit Interview series centered on the political and policy legacy of President Barack Obama’s eight years in office. It brought a variety of senior officials and policy experts to Georgetown, exploring the administration’s successes, challenges, and regrets alike.
