Luis Fortuño (F’82) served as the 10th Governor of Puerto Rico from 2009-2013.  A long-time member of the Republican National Committee, he is a former Chair of the Southern Governors Association, a former Republican Member of the U.S. House of Representatives from Puerto Rico, and former Chair of the Congressional Hispanic Conference.  He is currently a Partner at Steptoe & Johnson in Washington, DC.
