Rand Paul wants to cut NATO/UN funding, Battleground Poll to Georgetown, and another Pence bunny book

The famed bipartisan “Battleground Poll” is moving to Georgetown University, the latest big get by Mo Elleithee, founding executive director of the Institute of Politics and Public Service at Georgetown’s McCourt School of Public Policy. The poll, conducted by Democratic pollster Celinda Lake and Republican Ed Goeas, is among the most anticipated, especially moving into a presidential election year.
