Join GU Politics for a discussion with Kayleigh McEnany on her new book, The New American Revolution, The Making of a Populist Movement. The book chronicles both the struggles and losses of grassroots voters, as well as their ultimate victory in November 2016. The book provides a fascinating and eye-opening collection of interviews and stories about the powerful grassroots populist movement of frustrated Americans left behind by the government that changed the landscape of political campaigns forever. The event will be held on Tuesday, February 13, 2018 at 7:30pm in the GU Politics Offices, Baker Living Room.
Kayleigh is the official spokesperson for the Republican National Committee and a former CNN commentator. She graduated from Harvard Law School with a Juris Doctor and Georgetown University School of Foreign Services with a degree in international politics. She also studied politics and international relations at Oxford University, St. Edmund Hall.
The event will be moderated by Tony Arend, the School of Foreign Service Senior Associate Dean of Faculty and Graduate Affairs.Political Pageturners brings prominent politicos, writers and others to campus to discuss their latest books.
