Political Pageturners: ‘Mr. Trump’s Wild Ride’ ft. Major Garrett

Baker Living Room, GU Politics Office, Healy G-18, 7:30pm - 8:30pm

Join GU Politics for a discussion with Major Garrett, the author of Mr. Trump’s Wild Ride: The Thrills, Chills, Screams, and Occasional Blackouts of an Extraordinary Presidency. Major, a long-time White House press correspondent, now with CBS, chronicles the ups and downs of the Trump White House, challenging our idea of what presidents do and say. The event will be held on Wednesday, November 14, 2018 at 7:30 pm in the Baker Living Room in Healy G-18.

The event will be moderated by Mo Elleithee, Executive Director of the Institute of Politics and Public Policy at Georgetown University’s McCourt School of Public Policy.

Political Pageturners brings prominent politicos, writers, and others to campus to discuss their latest books. Students have an opportunity to explore the book with the authors, and engage on how the themes relate to national, local or campus issues. No reading required!
