Political Pageturner: A Very Stable Genius

Healey Family Student Center, Social Room, 5:30pm - 7:00pm

On January 6, 2018, President Trump infamously tweeted that he was a genius, and “a very stable genius at that!” Trump’s presidency has polarized the American electorate like never before. His administration has been described as both the most and least transparent in history, with few formal press briefings while at the same time, Trump himself provides a real-time look inside the Oval Office via social media.

Washington Post national investigative reporter Carol Leonnig and White House bureau chief Philip Rucker provide an exclusive look inside the administration in their new book, “A Very Stable Genius.” Both Pulitzer Prize winners, Leonnig and Rucker tap into sources with inside knowledge of how the Trump White House functions and how the president operates within the most powerful office in the land.

This Political Pageturner event will pull back the curtain on “A Very Stable Genius” and provide an up-close look into political reporting. We hope you can join us on February 27 at 5:30 p.m.
