12:45pm - 4:00pm

Interested in learning more about what it’s like to work on a House Committee? Want more information on applying to internships on the Hill? Join GU Politics for a career-focused site visit on Friday, March 22nd from 12:45PM-4:00PM to meet with staff from the House Committee on Foreign Affairs. You’ll hear from members of the majority and minority staffs about the work they do on the Committee, what their interns do and how to best position yourself to apply to internships on the Hill.

Space is limited so please RSVP and Jennie Fay, GU Politics Director of Fellows and Career Programming, will be in touch by March 20th to confirm your space on the site visit.

Note: We will take the GUTS shuttle to the Law Center which departs at approximately 12:50PM. If you do not depart with the group, you will be responsible for your own transportation to and from the Capitol. The visit itself will last about an hour from 2:00PM-3:00PM.
