To McCourt and GPPI Alumni

by GU Politics

Dear McCourt and GPPI Alumni:

It has been an exciting and busy time on the Hilltop since we threw open the doors at the Institute of Politics and Public Service (GU Politics) at the McCourt School of Public Policy nearly two years ago.

In that time, we’ve hosted four stellar Fellows classes, hundreds of speakers and events, and dynamic career programming for McCourt School and Georgetown students.

Everyday, we work with McCourt students and faculty serving on our Student Advisory Board and Advisory Board. We like to think of GU Politics as a service for the McCourt community, as well as a service the McCourt School provides to the rest of the Georgetown community and beyond.

I am writing to let you know that as an alum of the McCourt program, nearly all of our programming is open to you.

We’d be psyched if more McCourt alumni:

  • attended our events;
  • signed up to become a mentor to a McCourt or Georgetown student;
  • participated in a career chat with current students; or
  • stopped in for office hours to get to know us better.

The best way to stay up-to-date on what’s happening at GU Politics is to sign up for our weekly email, subscribe to our calendar, or follow us on social media. You can find us on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and Snapchat at @GUPolitics.

Hope to see you on the Hilltop soon.

Hoya Saxa,

Mo Elleithee (SFS '94)
Executive Director
Institute of Politics and Public Service
at the McCourt School of Public Policy
